McCashin's Brewery and Malthouse brew to conform to the Bavarian Purity Laws of 1516 - "Reinheitsgebot" - which dictate that only malt, yeast, hops and water can be used as ingredients.

The Brewmaster is an Englishman who has held senior positions with the world-famous Carlsberg Brewery.

Conducted tours are available through the brewery site. Gift packs, single bottle and bulk sales are available through the brewery shop.
